Welcome to the Tennessee Center for Health Workforce Development!  Our mission is to improve the health of Tennesseans by guiding health workforce development. We offer incentives to primary care and behavioral health providers in return for a service commitment in a rural and medically underserved area  and we offer incentives to rural and medically underserved practice sites for recruitment and retention of primary care, behavioral health and dental providers.
